The investment strategy is to target and support Tech-SMEs and entrepreneurs as a minority shareholder, with a multi-sector investment approach: growing SMEs capable of rapidly becoming unavoidable in their market with sales of between '5 and 50 million euros', with positive EBITDA having the ability to increase their EBITDA by x2.5 to x3 in 3 to 5 years accompanying experienced entrepreneurs, developing niche know-how, aiming for "industrial" exits in the long term

Through Growth capital, distressed capital or Buy-out capital operations (LBO and in particular LBI, ...), KIWASO's management team develops the creation of operational value within the holdings. It uses a real know-how to support SMEs, as a minority shareholder, to develop companies through organic growth, external growth and internationally
