Our tasks performed through diagnosis, study or any support through two approaches:

Functional:
The customer wants the know how in a particular field of expertise (legal, fiscal, political, financial, ...). We delegate an expert to advise and give specific knowledge in this field.

Cross-sectional:
The customer wants the know how as part of a cross-sectional study (settlement of a comprehensive innovation, outsourcing, merger, acquisition, innovation, outsourcing, strategic change, industrial project ....).We delegate a consultant or a team (consultants & experts) to study, give advises and provide information and solutions for risks and opportunities the client may face along its project.

Our collaborators may either manage the study as a whole or be inserted into an existing team.

Managing innovation-related communication in the organization
Continuously evaluate risk identification processes in the organization and the self-assessment approach
Verify with key managers the key operational risks and how to manage them (transfer, reduction, avoidance, acceptance, etc.)
Verify the adequacy between coverage and business continuity.
